We invest time at the beginning of any project to ensure that all stakeholders fully understand the process that is involved. The planning consists of site investigation, reviewing initial designs, submitting planning and fire certification applications, planning for the initial budget preparation and finally the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation.
Development

The development stage is all about meeting agreed time lines and ensuring an accurate delivery of all elements of the project. On site project management, complete fit out of retail units to corporate specification and the issuing of commissioning certificates.
Sign Off
Sign Off!
Finally, sign-off is all about meeting deadlines and agreeing final elements for delivery. We also issue operational and service manuals as required. From the outset we walk you through all the elements to ensure you are aware of all that is required to complete the project.
